25th Birthday invitation

This custom birthday invitation was designed to capture the joy and personality of my 25th birthday celebration. I paired two of my favorite colors — a soft powder blue and a bold bubblegum pink — to evoke a fun, feminine palette that balances warmth and vibrancy.

The layout plays with hierarchy through oversized, bold typography layered with handwritten script, creating a dynamic visual rhythm while keeping everything legible and inviting. Intentional white space, scalloped borders, and whimsical iconography add charm while maintaining a clean, cohesive layout. From the layered type hierarchy to the thoughtful spacing and color contrast, every element was chosen to reflect both celebration and style. The typography pairs a chunky, expressive serif with a handwritten script to create visual interest and guide the reader’s eye naturally through the invitation. I paid close attention to layout and spacing, allowing each element — from the scalloped border to the icon details — to breathe, while maintaining structure and balance.

The overall design is a nod to themes of warmth, fun, and self-expression. It’s not just a party invite — it’s a reflection of a moment, a mood, and a mindset.
